Fieldshaper Program

A one-year intensive program developing grantmakers to deploy $1,000,000 in capital and shape their chosen field.
- Deploy $1,000,000 actively across a sub-field (animal welfare, global health, or philanthropic infrastructure) by sourcing opportunities and building ecosystem impact.
- Complete six-week bootcamp covering ecosystem thinking, opportunity creation, complex judgment, and coordination in grantmaking.
- Build a pipeline of ~20 funding opportunities, conduct due diligence, and present findings to a review process.
- Requires intellectual rigor, comfort directing large capital, self-directed learning ability, and evidence-based decision-making; no prior grantmaking experience required.
- Twelve-month full-time program (February 2027–January 2028) with four mandatory in-person weeks and $125,000 annual stipend.
