Field Services Manager

• Lead and supervise a team of field service technicians, ensuring high performance, safety, and professional conduct.
• Coordinate installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and engineering upgrades at client sites.
• Manage personnel schedules, parts inventory, and serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues.

This role ensures reliable and efficient field service operations, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the long-term success of sustainable energy solutions.

• Relevant work experience and ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Knowledge of electrical systems up to 600 VAC and 2,000 VDC, National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), and OSHA 10/30.
