Field Service Technician

• Diagnose, repair, and report on quality and design concerns on Xos vehicles and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as design, engineering, software, and external partners.
• Provide professional customer-facing support through face-to-face interactions and via phone/email.
• Complete timely and accurate case notes, repair orders, and initiate new cases as required.

This role directly supports the decarbonization of commercial transportation by ensuring Xos electric trucks are properly maintained and repaired, enabling fleet electrification and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

• Proven proficiency with high and low voltage electrical systems.
• Associates Degree or Vocational Certificate in automotive service technology or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record; must be eligible for international travel to Canada.
