Job description
- In this role, you'll own Apart's fellowship programs end-to-end, from strategy and design to execution and impact.
- Set fellowship strategy, identify new partner organizations, and launch new fellowships.
- Design each fellowship program with partners, defining participant criteria, mentors, cohort size and timeline.
- Hire and lead the Research Project Manager team to run cohorts and improve operations.
- Connect the strongest fellows and teams with funding opportunities and careers in AI safety.
