Fellowship Manager, Anywhere

• Direct Anywhere community programming, including bi-weekly virtual programming and quarterly in-person trips.
• Manage local program operations, including fellow selection, onboarding, data, and benefits.
• Cultivate a supportive community experience for fellows and manage the Fellowship Associate.

This role directly supports deep-tech science entrepreneurs who are building world-changing technologies in climate tech, biomanufacturing, and aerospace, accelerating the transition of research to market and creating positive environmental and societal impact.

• 3-5 years of experience in fellowship management, program management or related experience.
• Passion for and experience with community building in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate entrepreneur challenges into programming.
