๐Ÿข About Citizen University

Citizen University is a nonprofit that believes in the power of everyday people to strengthen their communities. They focus on 'civic catalysts' and use creative, embodied learning methods to make civic education feel magical and transformative. Working here means being part of a team that values joy, ritual, and deep connection in the service of democracy.

About This Role

As the Facilitation & Learning Manager, you'll be the primary facilitator for the flagship program 'Live Like a Citizen,' leading transformative experiences for civic catalysts across the country. On program days, you'd be on your feet facilitating sessions, leading group discussions, and adapting activities in real-time. Between events, you'd spend time debriefing, evaluating, and preparing materials for the next cohort, all while staying connected with the team remotely.
