Expansion Manager UK

• Contribute to the UK network development strategy, defining target geographies, site typologies, partnership models, and deal structures.
• Lead identification, structuring, negotiation, and execution of new EV charging site opportunities with commercial landlords, roadside operators, developers, and local authorities.
• Own and manage a portfolio of contracted and pipeline sites, ensuring rigorous discipline over deal timelines and commercial terms.
• Work cross-functionally with design, planning, construction, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless transition from signed agreement to live station.

This role directly accelerates the transition to electric mobility by expanding Fastned's network of fast-charging stations, enabling more drivers to switch to electric vehicles powered by renewable energy, thus reducing carbon emissions and improving air quality.

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate site acquisition or development, ideally within roadside, retail, infrastructure, energy, or similar complex real estate environment.
• Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) or demonstrable equivalent professional standing.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Established and active network of relevant stakeholders across UK property, including landowners, commercial developers, and local authorities.
