Mission
What you will drive
- Manage all exhibition operations and logistics for ISTH's annual congresses, educational courses, and other programs worldwide.
- Oversee sponsorship fulfillment including educational, scientific, and promotional activities for industry partners.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, acting as the key logistics contact for exhibitors and sponsors.
- Support budget development, monitor revenue and expenses, and optimize exhibition and sponsorship experiences.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international conference and trade show management, specifically in medical/scientific settings.
- Demonstrated knowledge of pharma/device industry codes (e.g., IFPMA, PhRMA, AdvaMed) and CME compliance frameworks.
- Proven business and analytical skills with ability to develop creative solutions.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; bi- or multi-linguality is a significant plus.
