What you will drive

  • Lead the strategic development of IRAP’s global programs and engage with key stakeholders to advance the organization's mission.
  • Oversee global program oversight, including setting Theory of Change, program vision, and annual priorities.
  • Drive innovation in refugee and migrant rights, enhancing scalability and accessibility of programming.
  • Partner with the President and development team to communicate strategic vision and programmatic impact to funders.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven senior leadership experience in nonprofit or international development sectors, focusing on refugees or forcibly displaced people.
  • Extensive experience in innovative program leadership, systemic change, and network/brand-building.
  • At least eight years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and growing leaders.
  • Advanced degree in law required.
