Executive Vice President, Evidence

Lead Evidence Action's evidence function across monitoring, learning, evaluation, cost-effectiveness, and epidemiology to drive data-informed program design and scaling.
- Oversee technical teams generating evidence; set cross-program strategy connecting MLE, cost-effectiveness modeling, and epidemiology into actionable insights.
- Establish independent quality assurance systems, enforce evidence standards, and provide recommendations on program scale-up, iteration, and wind-down decisions.
- Champion transparent evidence culture internally and externally; engage donors, board, and technical partners on methodology and evaluation arrangements.
- Requires PhD or equivalent quantitative expertise in cost-effectiveness, health economics, or related field; proven technical leadership of teams in low- and middle-income settings.
- Requires deep program-implementation experience paired with academic research expertise and willingness to surface uncomfortable findings to senior leadership.
