Job description
- Provide on-site service to customers in a region, assist and support sales team to effectively retain existing customers, enhance customer satisfaction and develop new customers.
- Daily technical services support to existing customers.
- Report major customers' chemicals consumption, bath running data and competitive information.
- Assist sales engineer to retain existing customers' business and develop new customers.

What makes you a great fit
- BSc. Chemistry or B. Tech Chemical Engineering.
- 3-6 years of experience in technical services or sales support.
