Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee daily operations of the Student Persistence & Support Initiative at Delaware State University, including student intake, academic monitoring, and progress tracking.
- Serve as primary liaison between MC917, DSU administrators, and clinical partner TeleHelp 24/7 for mental health services.
- Maintain program records, document student outcomes, and compile data for grant reporting.
- Plan and execute the Annual Fundraiser, manage event logistics, and support donor relations.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and transportation for occasional travel within Delaware.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
