Mission

What you will drive

  • Oversee daily operations of the Student Persistence & Support Initiative at Delaware State University, including student intake, academic monitoring, and progress tracking.
  • Serve as primary liaison between MC917, DSU administrators, and clinical partner TeleHelp 24/7 for mental health services.
  • Maintain program records, document student outcomes, and compile data for grant reporting.
  • Plan and execute the Annual Fundraiser, manage event logistics, and support donor relations.

  • Demonstrated professional experience in nonprofit management, higher education, social services, or community development.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and transportation for occasional travel within Delaware.
  • Ability to pass a standard background check.

Benefits
