Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and manage the overall vision, strategy, and leadership for When We All Vote in alignment with its mission, history, and values.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term strategic planning to achieve goals and drive growth.
  • Lead and expand fundraising opportunities across philanthropic and private sectors, managing a multi-million-dollar annual budget.
  • Serve as primary spokesperson and expand partnerships across civic engagement, corporate, and entertainment sectors.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit, entertainment, corporate, or public sectors.
  • 3+ years of experience with community organizing, grassroots mobilization, and/or youth engagement.
  • Proven success in development and fundraising, including securing major gifts, grants, and strategic partnerships.
  • Proven success leading a multidisciplinary team and creating a strong work culture.
