Mission
What you will drive
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure programs, partnerships, and activities advance the mission of inclusive adaptive sports.
- Lead fundraising strategy, including grant writing, donor stewardship, and signature events to ensure organizational sustainability.
- Oversee program quality, risk management, and athlete experience across diverse disability needs.
- Manage organizational operations, staff supervision, and community engagement across NH/VT regions.
