Executive Director - HYBRID (remote & onsite in various NH/VT locations)

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure programs, partnerships, and activities advance the mission of inclusive adaptive sports.
• Lead fundraising strategy, including grant writing, donor stewardship, and signature events to ensure organizational sustainability.
• Oversee program quality, risk management, and athlete experience across diverse disability needs.
• Manage organizational operations, staff supervision, and community engagement across NH/VT regions.

This role empowers individuals with disabilities by building community, confidence, and skills through adaptive sports, fostering inclusion and independence in the North Country and Northeast Kingdom.

• Experience in nonprofit leadership, adaptive recreation, education, or related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and serving individuals with diverse abilities.
• Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills.
• Experience with fundraising, grant writing, financial management, and community engagement.

Flexible hybrid work schedule, designated weeks off between seasons and after Sunrise Ascent event, unlimited paid time off, season passes/memberships to partner organizations (Cannon Mountain, Jay Peak, Burke Mountain, Kingdom Trails, etc.). Salary: $60,000 - $80,000/year.
