Job description

In this role, you'll produce complex events including conferences, retreats, and dinners from early planning through on-site delivery.
Build and manage production timelines, run-of-show documents, and critical paths for multiple concurrent events.
Source, negotiate, and manage venues, caterers, AV suppliers, accommodation, and transport partners.
Manage event budgets, registration systems, attendee communications, and on-site staffing and troubleshooting.
Own risk management including insurance, contracts, health and safety, accessibility, safeguarding, and contingency planning.
