What you will drive

Evaluate the Global Citizenship Education (GCE) programme funded under Ireland’s Civil Society Partnership for A Better World, assessing performance, delivery, and impact.

  • Assess the GCE programme against OECD-DAC criteria and ICSP strategic framework outcomes.
  • Identify learning and good practice to inform future programme design.
  • Produce an inception report, draft and final evaluation report, and facilitate a validation workshop.
