Mission
What you will drive
- Support the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks to measure, understand, and communicate FreeFrom's impact.
- Develop data collection tools (surveys, focus groups, interviews), analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and transform findings into actionable insights.
- Co-design Theories of Change, track metrics across teams, and create impact reports, policy briefs, and dashboards for internal and external audiences.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience implementing mixed-methods research projects from a Participatory Action Research framework.
- Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis (SPSS, Excel, Atlas.ti) and survey building (Qualtrics, FormAssembly).
- Ability to present data in accessible and compelling ways; strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to FreeFrom's mission; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
