Evaluation and Impact Specialist

• Support the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks to measure, understand, and communicate FreeFrom's impact.
• Develop data collection tools (surveys, focus groups, interviews), analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and transform findings into actionable insights.
• Co-design Theories of Change, track metrics across teams, and create impact reports, policy briefs, and dashboards for internal and external audiences.

This role directly supports survivors of gender-based violence by ensuring FreeFrom's programs are effectively measured and improved, amplifying survivor voices and driving systemic change toward financial security and safety.

• Experience implementing mixed-methods research projects from a Participatory Action Research framework.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis (SPSS, Excel, Atlas.ti) and survey building (Qualtrics, FormAssembly).
• Ability to present data in accessible and compelling ways; strong organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to FreeFrom's mission; fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Remote role with flexible schedule, four-day work week, living-wage salaries, building wealth stipend, unlimited menstrual leave, and other benefits. Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually.
