Required Qualifications:

- Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations (NEPA, Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present technical information.
- Ability to lead field teams and manage multidisciplinary projects efficiently.
