Environmental Remediation Project Manager

Project Delivery:

• Manages projects, directs data analysis and reporting for specific environmental project tasks and guide site remediation strategies bringing sites to closure
• Interacts with various state agencies to develop favorable risk-based remediation goals
• Develops and formulates solutions to client problems/issues
• Organically grows current portfolios through exceptional project delivery and client relationships

Operations:

• Drives business performance and the attainment and exceedance of internal KPIs
• Participates in proposal development to support business growth
• Acts as a point of escalation for project issues and makes recommendations to improve performance

People:

• Builds, maintains, and facilitates trusting relationships with key contacts across client organizations
• Directs and coordinates work assignments and reviews performance to ensure efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff
• Promotes health and safety stewardship, including performing local field visits

This role creates positive change by managing environmental remediation projects that clean up contaminated sites, developing risk-based remediation goals with state agencies, and promoting health and safety stewardship through field work.

• Verifiable experience in technical roles performing and managing investigation/cleanup of contaminants of concern
• Experience overseeing performance of projects/portfolios to achieve internal and client-facing KPIs and project goals
• Ability to interface with clients, lead and support business development opportunities, and lead/influence solutions and strategies for remediation sites
• Experience with environmental remediation project management and technical discussions
