Mission

What you will drive

  • Identify market trends on solar technologies and PV systems, and define product roadmap for assigned segments in Europe.
  • Manage regional product lifecycle including design, launch, upgrade, and end-of-life for solar products.
  • Equip Sales team with technical documents, certificates, and promotional materials; support product selection, BOS cost/LCOE calculation, and customer presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, engineering, partners) to drive product innovation and gather feedback.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Relevant experience in product marketing, product management, technical sales, or engineering in the solar PV sector.
  • Basic knowledge of solar PV system design, energy yield simulation, and/or LCOE calculation.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional European language is a plus. Engineering diploma or bachelor degree.
