AECOM is actively seeking a talented Environmental Remediation Project Manager, with both internal and external responsibilities across the US but with a focus in the Northern Midwest Region. Join us and make a positive impact in your community while working on rewarding projects.
As part of this remote role, you will work directly with multiple Operations Managers to achieve strategic objectives on major accounts. This role has both internal and external-facing responsibilities, with opportunity to apply and further develop managerial and client development skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in both technical project roles and project management roles. There will be significant travel at times.
Responsibilities for this position may also include:
- Oversees the preparation of work plans and organizes projects
- Interfacing directly with technical project manager and project team to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Understand and incorporate client requirements in management of projects including commercial contract terms, change management process, financial performance KPIs, etc.
- Use client and AECOM prescribed tools to track and manage financial aspects of the projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and meet budgetary objectives, while adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis
- Strong local and/or state regulatory experience is preferred.
