Job description

  • Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support for Wine Institute's Environment, Health & Safety Committee, CSWA Board, and Sustainable Winegrowing Joint Committee.
  • Assist with educational workshops, webinars, and the annual California Green Medal Awards program.
  • Support the certification team with applications, database updates, and participant inquiries.
  • Maintain databases, track expenditures, and assist with grant research and implementation.

What makes you a great fit

  • At least three years of experience in an administrative or coordinator-level position.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.

Competitive salary commensurate with experience; non-exempt position eligible for overtime; benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, retirement plan contributions, and paid time off. Work schedule is 35 hours per week.
