Mission
What you will drive
- Coordinate meetings and provide administrative support for Wine Institute's Environment, Health & Safety Committee, CSWA Board, and Sustainable Winegrowing Joint Committee.
- Assist with educational workshops, webinars, and the annual California Green Medal Awards program.
- Support the certification team with applications, database updates, and participant inquiries.
- Maintain databases, track expenditures, and assist with grant research and implementation.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least three years of experience in an administrative or coordinator-level position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
