Environment Practice Operation Leader - Remediation Focus - US West Region

• Drive project delivery performance, P&L forecasting, budgeting, and operational troubleshooting for the Environmental Remediation business unit in the US West Region.
• Oversee proposal approval, pricing support, resource management, risk assessment, and process improvement.
• Strengthen project management capabilities, supervise portfolio delivery leads, and coach project managers.

This role ensures efficient and effective environmental remediation projects, reducing contamination and restoring ecosystems for communities and clients across the US West Region.

• Experience in profit & loss management and operational performance of environmental remediation projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and project management skills, including contract governance and risk management.
• Ability to analyze financial data, track KPIs, and drive corrective actions.
• Leadership experience in building inclusive, high-performance teams and coaching staff.
