Engineering Manager, Lime Vision

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of computer vision and machine learning engineers.
• Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for computer vision capabilities, aligning with company objectives.
• Drive architecture, system design, and technical direction for scalable, reliable computer vision and ML solutions, overseeing the end-to-end ML lifecycle.

This role advances Lime's mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable, and carbon-free by developing intelligent perception systems that enable safe and efficient micromobility solutions, reducing reliance on cars and lowering carbon emissions.

• 3+ years of experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• 8+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields with a proven track record of delivering production-grade systems.
• Strong technical depth in computer vision, machine learning, system design, and software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field required; Master’s or PhD preferred.

Base salary range determined by location and experience; total compensation may include discretionary annual performance bonus and equity. Remote work within Canada.
