Engineering Manager, Infrastructure (Remote, US)

• Lead the Infrastructure team (5-8 engineers) responsible for cloud accounts, networking, security, CI/CD, deployment tooling, observability, and developer experience.
• Translate company priorities into an infrastructure roadmap balancing reliability, platform investment, security, and product team needs.
• Drive operational health through on-call rotations, incident response, postmortem culture, and SLOs.
• Partner with product engineering, data, and security leadership to ensure the team serves its consumers effectively.

This role enables the entire engineering organization to ship faster and more reliably, directly supporting Renew Home's mission to reduce residential energy consumption and build the largest virtual power plant in North America, contributing to a cleaner energy grid.

• 5+ years managing infrastructure, platform, SRE, or DevOps teams, with prior IC experience in one of those disciplines.
• Strong production cloud experience with real depth in at least one major hyperscaler (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong experience in CI/CD, and identity & access.
• Demonstrated ability to set roadmap priorities under pressure, including saying no and sequencing deferred work.
