Engineering Manager

• Lead and manage transmission planning and generator interconnection projects across multiple ISOs/RTOs and utilities.
• Provide technical expertise in load flow, transient stability, and short circuit analyses.
• Develop team capabilities through mentorship, training, and resource management.
• Drive business development by building client relationships and responding to RFPs.

This role directly contributes to building a modern, secure, and resilient grid, enabling the integration of renewable energy and shaping the future of energy infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in electric energy industry, transmission planning, and interconnection studies.
• Proficiency in power flow, optimal power flow, transient stability, and software like PSSE, TARA, PSLF, ASPEN, DSATools, PSCAD.
• Automation experience (Python, C#, SQL) is a plus.
