What you will drive
- Lead and manage transmission planning and generator interconnection projects across multiple ISOs/RTOs and utilities.
- Provide technical expertise in load flow, transient stability, and short circuit analyses.
- Develop team capabilities through mentorship, training, and resource management.
- Drive business development by building client relationships and responding to RFPs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in electric energy industry, transmission planning, and interconnection studies.
- Proficiency in power flow, optimal power flow, transient stability, and software like PSSE, TARA, PSLF, ASPEN, DSATools, PSCAD.
- Automation experience (Python, C#, SQL) is a plus.
