Engineering Lead

• Oversee design implementation and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams for hybrid renewable energy projects.
• Lead the construction engineering function for wind, solar, battery storage, and hybrid solutions.
• Manage engineering schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones.
• Identify opportunities for improving engineering processes, cost efficiencies, and sustainability practices.

This role drives the energy transition by leading engineering for hybrid renewable energy projects, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and supporting sustainable power solutions for remote communities and industries.

• 10+ years of experience in industrial and utility engineering design and project commissioning.
• At least 5 years in renewable energy projects.
• Understanding of project success factors in the renewable market for a global organization.
• Dynamic, proactive, decisive, with ability to work across different business and technical functions at a senior level.
