What you will drive
- Analyze operational data from BESS components to identify patterns, anomalies, and failure signatures
- Develop and refine KPIs and metrics for fleet operators and asset managers
- Translate analytical findings into product features and implement as production-ready code
- Collaborate with data engineers and domain experts to validate analytical approaches

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2–5 years professional experience with hands-on exposure to energy hardware systems, ideally BESS
- Strong Python and SQL skills; ability to turn insights into production-ready software
- Ability to derive meaningful KPIs from raw operational data, especially time-series data (SCADA, BEMS, inverter logs)
- Solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code reviews, maintainability)
