Mission
What you will drive
- Set research and policy agenda for energy and industrial policy portfolio, evaluating the state of play in the energy sector and identifying key areas for contribution.
- Manage projects across utility policy, grid planning, AI/data center development, fossil fuel transition, energy supply chains, and industrial policy.
- Cultivate partnerships with movement partners, energy experts, policymakers, and labor leaders to build political power on energy issues.
- Write and speak on behalf of CCI’s energy research and policy, including reports, memos, op-eds, and public presentations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the energy policy sector.
- Deep understanding of the political economy of the energy transition and how research can be leveraged strategically.
- Existing relationships with working class movement actors, energy advocates, and/or policymakers.
- Strong project management and communication skills in a remote-first workplace.
