Energy Efficiency Navigator

• Complete client intake applications, assess qualification for services, and maintain compassionate communication with clients.
• Accurately document client data and project details in Salesforce, and submit invoices.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of home repairs and energy efficiency upgrades.
• Assist with community outreach and participate in hands-on weatherization workdays.

This role directly improves the lives of low-income community members by reducing their energy bills through free weatherization and efficiency upgrades, advancing climate justice and neighborly care.

• Strong commitment to energy efficiency and community service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (email, data entry); experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to own computer and smartphone.
