EMPower Trainee

• Participate in a 12-month customised development programme for ex-military veterans, gaining hands-on experience and formal training in energy networks and renewables.
• Work towards transitioning into a permanent role within Scottish Power, contributing to the delivery of a low-carbon future.
• Receive mentorship and develop industry knowledge to enhance skills for a future career in the energy sector.

This role helps ex-military veterans transition into the renewable energy sector, directly contributing to Scotland's low-carbon future and the global fight against climate change.

• At least 4 years of military service and no more than 2 years post-service by the programme start date (5 November 2025).
• Valid driving licence required for travel to different sites.
• Open to candidates with various skills and career stages, seeking to transition into the energy industry.

Salary £32,240 per annum with strong benefits package and career progression opportunities. Fixed-term 12-month contract.
