Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and implement comprehensive education strategies aligned with ForAfrika's mission, national education policies, and international frameworks (SDG 4, Education 2030 Framework).
  • Lead the design of integrated, multi-sectoral education programs addressing barriers to quality education in conflict, fragile, and marginalized contexts.
  • Provide technical guidance on program approaches including emergency education, accelerated learning, teacher training, digital learning, and early childhood development.
  • Oversee monitoring and evaluation systems, ensure adherence to international standards (INEE, Sphere), and conduct field visits for quality assurance.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in education programming in humanitarian and development contexts, with at least 5 years in technical or management roles.
  • Degree in Education, International Education Development, Educational Psychology, or related field (equivalent experience may substitute).
  • Proven track record in education program design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Experience with early childhood development, inclusive education, digital learning, and teacher training.
