What you will drive

  • Build and maintain tracking systems for research partner deliverables, milestones, and reporting deadlines.
  • Coordinate and document research partner meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
  • Support funder reporting and grant administration by maintaining calendars, collecting content, and tracking metrics.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in education, public policy, nonprofit management, social sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience in project coordination, program administration, or related role; K–12 education, research, or nonprofit settings preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills; familiarity with research concepts strongly preferred.
