Regional Development Manager

• Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-level and major donors across Texas through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Support annual fundraising goals through individual giving, donor cultivation, and chapter-based initiatives.
• Partner with chapter leaders, board members, and volunteers to strengthen fundraising effectiveness and community engagement.
• Plan and execute galas, salons, donor cultivation events, and community engagement activities.

This role directly supports Pratham's mission of 'every child in school and learning well' by mobilizing philanthropic resources to fund educational programs that reach millions of children and youth in India, helping them gain foundational learning, vocational skills, and digital literacy.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of fundraising, development, relationship management, or nonprofit experience.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing donor or stakeholder relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 with comprehensive benefits and generous PTO.
