EDIB Program & Partnerships Lead (Contract | Remote)

• Coordinate Employee Resource Group (ERG) meetings, governance, communications, and implementation activities.
• Support the organization's EDIB steering committee by managing meetings, action items, and project deliverables.
• Maintain relationships with external inclusion partners and coordinate partnership activities.
• Manage multiple EDIB projects, timelines, trackers, reports, and implementation plans.

This role ensures continuity of critical equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives within a conservation organization, fostering an inclusive workplace and strengthening external partnerships that advance environmental conservation.

• Experience coordinating DEI/EDIB, employee engagement, HR, nonprofit, or organizational development programs.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive communications.

Contract: 2–3 months (potential for extension). Hours: Up to 35 hours per week. Location: Fully Remote (must reside in DC, Maryland, or Virginia). Pay: Starting at $40/hour.
