Mission

What you will drive

  • Film, produce, and edit high-quality instructional video content for the Digital Justice Hub, including lectures, demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Provide technical production support for live Bootcamps, workshops, and field recordings, ensuring consistent audiovisual quality.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate complex legal content into clear, accessible video-based learning materials.
  • Manage video archives, file organization, and quality assurance for all production assets.

This role directly supports the training of Ukrainian justice actorsโ€”police, prosecutors, and judgesโ€”in investigating and prosecuting war crimes, thereby strengthening accountability and access to justice for survivors of international crimes.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Degree or professional training in film production, video editing, multimedia production, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3โ€“5 years of experience in video production, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Strong technical expertise in camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and video editing software.
  • Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English; based in Ukraine and available for in-person production work and travel.
