Mission
What you will drive
- Film, produce, and edit high-quality instructional video content for the Digital Justice Hub, including lectures, demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Provide technical production support for live Bootcamps, workshops, and field recordings, ensuring consistent audiovisual quality.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to translate complex legal content into clear, accessible video-based learning materials.
- Manage video archives, file organization, and quality assurance for all production assets.

This role directly supports the training of Ukrainian justice actorsโpolice, prosecutors, and judgesโin investigating and prosecuting war crimes, thereby strengthening accountability and access to justice for survivors of international crimes.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree or professional training in film production, video editing, multimedia production, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3โ5 years of experience in video production, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Strong technical expertise in camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and video editing software.
- Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English; based in Ukraine and available for in-person production work and travel.
