Mission
What you will drive
Lead RED NOSES International's first group-wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Assessment, including:
- Design and implement a mixed-methods evaluation (surveys, interviews, focus groups) across 11 countries and multiple cultural contexts.
- Establish and facilitate a DEI Advisory Panel to ensure diverse internal perspectives inform the process.
- Produce a DEI Assessment Report and a practical DEI Roadmap (2027–2030) with prioritized actions, indicators, and governance recommendations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 8 years' professional experience in evaluation or organizational assessment, with evidence of leading 2–3 comparable multi-country or multi-stakeholder evaluations.
- Demonstrated expertise in DEI, including intersectional frameworks, organizational culture change, and trauma-informed facilitation of sensitive conversations.
- Mixed-methods competence (qualitative and quantitative) and experience in arts/culture, international NGOs, healthcare, or humanitarian contexts.
- Team must include at least one member with direct professional or lived experience in Central or Eastern Europe.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Fixed budget of up to EUR 40,000 (all costs included). Payment schedule: 30% on contract signature, 30% on acceptance of draft inception report, 40% on acceptance of final deliverables. Opportunity to shape DEI strategy for a unique international arts-for-health organization.
