Distribution Design Manager

• Direct multiple design teams executing various projects and programs for multiple clients.
• Develop a team of engineers through training, coaching, and nurturing talent.
• Manage project portfolio health by tracking scope, schedules, and budget.
• Liaise with clients to maximize affinity and foster long-term relationships.

• 5+ years experience in Distribution Design with emphasis on complex overhead and underground designs.
• Prior hands-on experience performing distribution designs.
• Understanding of NESC, GO95, and NEC standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
• Prior leadership experience (formal or informal).
• Professional Engineering License.
