Distributed Organizer, Pacific

• Serve as the primary organizer for local group leaders in states across the U.S. Pacific (Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington), providing personalized support and expanding local groups.
• Plan and execute state- and regional-wide events to foster community, provide education, and strengthen leader engagement.
• Identify, mentor, and develop emerging local group leaders through one-on-one meetings and cohort-based collaboration.

This role empowers suburban women to become grassroots leaders, building a movement to defeat extremism and strengthen democracy one relationship at a time.

• Natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds; relational organizing experience is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; comfortable with public speaking.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet goals.
• Flexible and adaptable; comfortable with ambiguous work and competing priorities.

Mission-driven work fighting for democracy and social change. Remote and flexible work environment. Generous time off: up to 15 days PTO, 15 days sick leave, paid federal holidays, plus organization-wide breaks (Thanksgiving week, winter break). Competitive pay: starting salary $52,500.
