Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as the primary organizer for local group leaders in states across the U.S. Pacific (Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington), providing personalized support and expanding local groups.
- Plan and execute state- and regional-wide events to foster community, provide education, and strengthen leader engagement.
- Identify, mentor, and develop emerging local group leaders through one-on-one meetings and cohort-based collaboration.
