Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as the primary organizer for local group leaders in states across the U.S. Pacific (Alaska, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington), providing personalized support and expanding local groups.
  • Plan and execute state- and regional-wide events to foster community, provide education, and strengthen leader engagement.
  • Identify, mentor, and develop emerging local group leaders through one-on-one meetings and cohort-based collaboration.

  • Natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds; relational organizing experience is a plus.
