Director – Strategic Market Solutions Program Management (9-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

• Provide senior program and project management coverage during a parental leave, overseeing critical initiatives across Strategic Market Solutions (SMS) and Xpansiv Connect (XC).
• Manage partnership workstreams, including contract coordination, implementation timelines, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.
• Own monthly OSP reporting, budget tracking, financial planning, and develop board/leadership materials.
• Oversee cross-functional delivery of product enhancements, registry integrations, pricing operations, and customer communications.

This role directly supports the infrastructure for energy transition markets, enabling transparent and auditable environmental claims that drive climate action and sustainability performance globally.

• 10+ years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, or related strategic execution roles.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of governance, project planning, budget tracking, risk management, and operational execution.
• Exceptional organizational, stakeholder management, and program governance capabilities; strong analytical, financial, and executive communication skills.
