Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to align resource generation with organizational priorities, overseeing fundraising campaigns, business development, and integrated partnerships.
  • Drive the design and execution of key fundraising campaigns and special initiatives across all Resource Generation teams.
  • Guide the pursuit of complex, high-value funding opportunities and strengthen proposal development systems.
  • Oversee the development and improvement of Advancement systems and processes to enable fundraising efficiency.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in fundraising strategy or related field, including leadership of complex, high-value funding initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing proactive fundraising strategies across major, principal, and institutional giving.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including coaching and developing senior-level staff.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills; experience in global health or mission-driven nonprofit organizations.
