Director, Strategic Funding Initiatives

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to align resource generation with organizational priorities, overseeing fundraising campaigns, business development, and integrated partnerships.
• Drive the design and execution of key fundraising campaigns and special initiatives across all Resource Generation teams.
• Guide the pursuit of complex, high-value funding opportunities and strengthen proposal development systems.
• Oversee the development and improvement of Advancement systems and processes to enable fundraising efficiency.

This role ensures that Partners In Health can effectively mobilize resources to bring modern medical science to the most vulnerable communities worldwide, directly supporting global health equity and social justice.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in fundraising strategy or related field, including leadership of complex, high-value funding initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing proactive fundraising strategies across major, principal, and institutional giving.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, including coaching and developing senior-level staff.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills; experience in global health or mission-driven nonprofit organizations.

Salary range: $130,810 - $151,410 per year. Full-time, exempt position with up to 20% travel. Remote or hybrid options available. Benefits include comprehensive package (details not specified).
