Director, Project Development - ERCOT

• Lead and manage all aspects of project permitting and guide projects through LGIA Execution.
• Collaborate with land and transmission teams to acquire new projects in ERCOT and process interconnection applications.
• Evaluate transmission grids and land constraints to identify ideal locations for new projects.
• Manage vendors, project budgets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success and profitability.

This role directly accelerates the transition to a carbon-free future by developing utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in the ERCOT market, reducing reliance on fossil fuels and contributing to net-zero goals.

• 6-10+ years of increasingly progressive development/origination/solar finance experience.
• Deep knowledge of ERCOT market, including transmission system, grid analysis, and permitting.
• Experience with solar siting, land acquisition, interconnection process, and PPA negotiations.
• BS/BA required, MBA preferred; exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills.
