What you will drive
As Director of Product Growth & Partnerships, you will:
- Scale KnoPro from 50,000 to 500,000+ students over five years through growth systems, partnerships, and distribution strategies.
- Build and nurture partnerships that unlock scale via existing student networks, and shape long-term sustainability strategies across NAF's digital product portfolio.
- Define and execute growth strategy, monitor progress, and work cross-functionally to deliver measurable user growth, activation, and retention.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4-7+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, partnerships, product growth, or business development, with demonstrated success scaling a digital product or platform through measurable user growth.
- Experience building or managing partnership-driven distribution channels; experience in edtech, digital platforms, consumer technology, or education marketplace environments preferred.
- Strong understanding of growth strategy, product-led growth, user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referral dynamics; knowledge of campaign analytics, experimentation frameworks, and performance measurement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, pitching, relationship-building, and collaboration skills; ability to build scalable growth systems, partnership playbooks, and operational processes.
