at NAF

🏢 About NAF

NAF is a national nonprofit dedicated to expanding career readiness and work-based learning for students, with a focus on career academy success. What makes NAF unique is its mission-driven approach to scaling digital products that provide equitable access to opportunity. Working here means contributing to a meaningful cause while driving tangible growth in a collaborative, remote environment.

About This Role

As Director of Product Growth & Partnerships, you will lead the scaling of KnoPro from 50,000 to 500,000+ students over five years through growth systems and strategic partnerships. This role is impactful because it directly shapes the reach and sustainability of NAF's digital product portfolio, ensuring more students gain career readiness skills. You'll work cross-functionally to drive measurable user growth, activation, and retention.

💡 A Day in the Life

A typical day might involve reviewing growth metrics and dashboards, meeting with potential partners to discuss distribution opportunities, and collaborating with the product team on user activation experiments. You'll also spend time analyzing user data to refine growth strategies and preparing updates for leadership on KnoPro's scaling progress.

🎯 Who NAF Is Looking For

  • Has 4-7+ years of experience in growth marketing, product growth, or partnerships, with a proven track record of scaling a digital product through measurable user growth.
  • Possesses strong partnership-building skills, particularly in edtech, digital platforms, or education marketplaces, and can unlock scale via existing student networks.
  • Understands product-led growth, user acquisition, and retention strategies, and can define and execute a growth strategy with clear KPIs.
  • Is comfortable working remotely and cross-functionally, with excellent communication skills and a data-driven mindset.

3

Research KnoPro and NAF's current partnerships to demonstrate your understanding of their existing ecosystem and suggest potential new partnership ideas.

4

Prepare a 1-page growth strategy deck for KnoPro, outlining how you would approach scaling from 50k to 500k users, and include it as a supplementary attachment.

5

Use the application to show your cross-functional collaboration skills by mentioning specific examples of working with product, marketing, and sales teams.
