Director, Organizational Data Analytics

Core responsibilities:

• Develop and execute AIUSA's organizational plan for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to improve program effectiveness, boost fundraising, and advance human rights mission
• Work across the organization blending creativity and technical expertise to guide strategic planning, analysis, and advice
• Use data effectively to measure impact and identify opportunities to ensure continuous refinement of AIUSA's systems, campaigns, initiatives, and programs
• Manage a Data Specialist and Data Analyst

This role advances Amnesty International's global human rights initiatives by using data to improve program effectiveness and boost fundraising, ultimately supporting the organization's mission to protect human rights worldwide.

Required qualifications:

• Strategic leadership experience in data analytics
• Ability to work in close collaboration with senior leadership (Senior Director of Data & Analytics, National Director of Development and Data Strategy)
• Technical expertise in data collection, management, and analysis
• Experience managing data teams (Data Specialist and Data Analyst)
