What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute AIUSA's organizational plan for collecting, managing, and analyzing data to improve program effectiveness, boost fundraising, and advance human rights mission
- Work across the organization blending creativity and technical expertise to guide strategic planning, analysis, and advice
- Use data effectively to measure impact and identify opportunities to ensure continuous refinement of AIUSA's systems, campaigns, initiatives, and programs
- Manage a Data Specialist and Data Analyst
