Director of Talent Discovery

• Build systems and team to surface experienced talent for AI safety roles at scale.
• Manage a discovery team including headhunter and evaluation specialist.
• Design scalable sourcing and outreach systems including automated campaigns and web experiences.
• Maintain partnerships with AI safety organizations to understand hiring needs and inform strategy.

• Experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or headhunting, preferably in AI or tech.
