Mission

What you will drive

  • Drive near-term and long-term growth for Muon Space within the Department of War (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Lead customer engagement, pipeline development, and capture efforts to create and manage new opportunities.
  • Lead proposals and RFI responses, developing win themes, technical solutions, and price-to-win strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and other BD personnel to align customer needs with product roadmap.

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of professional experience in aerospace/defense with 5+ years in Business Development.
  • Demonstrated success capturing space business within the DoW/IC.
  • Active DoW TS clearance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Salary range: $177,000 - $200,000 base, OTE $354,000 – $400,000 (base + target commission at 100% quota attainment, uncapped commission).
