Job description
- In this role, you'll lead research programs that form a talent pipeline bringing researchers into AI safety.
- Write open-problems papers for Sprints and Fellowships, defining tractable problems teams can solve in set timeframes.
- Maintain a map of AI safety research, understanding priorities and directing program throughput to high-impact areas.
- Curate the program portfolio by selecting partners, evaluating participants, and supporting the strongest candidates.
- Lead the Field Building Division team, own program evaluation and impact reporting, and report KPIs to leadership.
