Director of Programs

As Director of Programs, you will:

• Oversee the Programs Department and co-lead the execution of scalable, evidence-based fish welfare interventions in India.
• Shape program selection, design, and scaling of initiatives including flagship ARA and emerging feed fortification work.
• Build and manage the Programs team while establishing departmental OKRs and managing annual budgets.
• Commission evaluation studies to measure and report on program impact.

This role directly improves the lives of millions of farmed fish by implementing humane interventions and scaling proven welfare practices in India.
